Truth Cause of Disease

Truth Cause of Disease requires, pure air, clean water, exercise, good rest, organic food.

We are the best experts of our bodies. Ask yourself a question: why do I have this

problem?

The pH balance within the body is vital. Acids burn and inflame, destroy tissue cells

(DNS). Acidosis creates bonding of fats, minerals, and other constituents creating

stones of all types, and creates the adhesion of blood cells and platelets. All this

causes cellular starvation-lack of nutrition utilization. The only place we need acid

(HCL) is in the stomach to digest protein. Ultimate body pH. is between 6.5-7.5.

If the acid-alkaline balance is off the microorganism invade, causing pain.

Your lymphatic system is the body`s sewer system, where the body eliminates the

acid. In case of the poor elimination bacteria invasion takes over, and cause

inflammation.

The germ theory of disease is the currently accepted scientific theory for many

diseases. It states that microorganisms known as pathogens or germs can cause

disease. These small organisms, too small to be seen without magnification, invade

humans, other animals, and other living hosts.

However, we need bacteria to break down our food. Many vitamins created by the

actions of bacteria. Various bacteria that live in your GI tract that create vitamin B

vitamins from the break down of the foods you eat.

The human gastrointestinal (GI) tract harbours a complex and dynamic population of

microorganisms, the gut microbiota, which exert a marked influence on the host

during homeostasis and disease. Multiple factors contribute to the establishment of

the human gut microbiota during infancy. Diet is considered as one of the main

drivers in shaping the gut microbiota across the lifetime. Intestinal bacteria play a

crucial role in maintaining immune and metabolic homeostasis and protecting

against pathogens. Altered gut bacterial composition (dysbiosis) has been

associated with the pathogenesis of many inflammatory diseases and infections.

Acidosis; sugar starch, alcohol, dairy, coffee feeds bacteria like yeast, and fungus.

Acid (Sulphuric, Chlorine, Phosphorus) type of food: Animal protein, Dairy, Alcohol,

Coffee, Refined sugar, Starch (wheat, whole wheat, rice, potatoes, Coke-soft drinks

(pH. 2.6) Juice, Peanut butter, Nutella, Tomato sauce, Vinegar, Black tea, Cakes,

Cookies, Chocolate, Tobacco, Nuts, Legumes

Tomato, Eggplant, Capsicum,

Alkaline (Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Potassium) type of food: Dark green

vegetables, Fruit, Amaranth (high in protein, and Calcium) Quinoa, Millet,

Buckwheat, Kamut, Spelt, Lemon, Lima bean, Lentils, Seeds, Almond, Brazil

Honey, Maple Syrup,

pH7; Goat-Sheep cheese, Cottage cheese, Fetta

We should have 20-30 % acidic foods, and 70-80% of alkaline types of foods.
