The healthy diet is the first key to achieving a healthy body! We all need to learn to eat well. Combining starch with animal protein causes many problems in your intestines, and the digestive system has to work extremely hard to digest these food combinations. If you eat meat with potatoes, pasta, or rice, you're likely to feel tired or sleepy after a meal. Our digestive system is like a big chemistry lab, providing all the enzymes needed to convert nutrients into energy. The right combination of foods, although maybe not as tasty or traditional, can help your body function better and maintain a healthy gut. Eating dessert after a meal is another harmful habit for your body. Refined or other sugars ferment in the stomach and can turn into alcohol. Drinking sugary drinks has a similar effect. These habits can make the pancreas less efficient over time and may lead to diabetes and cancer. Most processed foods contain some form of MSG or modified corn starch, which could be carcinogenic and contribute to the development of irritable bowel syndrome. There are many herbs to choose from for seasoning, which can make food more delicious. Dairy from cows is not meant for human consumption; it is intended for calves. Dairy consumption can lead to excessive mucus production in the lungs and respiratory system, and it's responsible for asthma and other lung and bronchitis diseases. Finally, focus on eating whole, organic foods, especially those with green colours, fresh vegetables, and fruits. The more fruits, vegetables, and supplements you consume, the better—this is highly recommended for overall health.
